1. WARRANTY POLICIES:
 

All products are protected with 1 year warranty (from the invoice date) or      manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty is void if any product suffers physical damage and malfunctions due to      misuse according to manufacturer's discretion.

RMA Procedure:
 
Please fill out the entire RMA Forms and email it to sales@jlinks.com or fax it to 604-207-1686.
JLINKS staff will evaluate the RMA request and may authorize with an RMA number.
You will need to enter the RMA number in the RMA form and print out the form.
Drop off or ship the return merchandise with the RMA form to JLINKS.
(For Special Case) All RMA item(s) being shipped before receiving the defected item(s) will need to signed a pre-authorized payment for the RMA item(s) shipped out. If the defected item(s) is/are not received within 10 Business days after the RMA item(s) shipped out, Jlinks will have right to charge the pre-authorized payment.
 
2. RETURN POLICIES:
 
NO EXCHANGE or REFUND after 30 days of purchase.
15% restocking charge may apply to items returned. Other applicable charges may      apply for missing parts, broken partsKetc.

LOCAL CLIENTS:
Returned items received within 15 days from the date of purchase may apply for      Cash/Credit Refund.
Returned items received within 30 days from the date of purchase may only apply for    Credit Refund.
SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REMOTE CUSTOMERS:
Clients can return any purchased item within 30 days given that the item has not      been purchased in the past and the item is in resalable condition subject to      approval. Jlinks Technology will refund the full amount of the purchase excluding      shipping charge

4. DELIVERY TERMS:

Purchased items can be picked up at Jlinks Technology's sales office or can be      shipped by major shipping companies at the expense of clients.
Jlinks Technology takes full responsibility for any damage in the process of shipping      due to inadequate packaging.
Jlinks Technology is not responsible for any stolen or missing shipments.
 
5. SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REMOTE CUSTOMERS:
Clients can return any purchased item in 30 days given that the item has not been      purchased in the past and the item is in resalable condition subject to approval.      Jlinks Technology will refund the full amount of the purchase excluding shipping      charge.

If a client needs to return any product for warranty within 30 days after purchase,      Jlinks Technology is willing to pay for the shipping charge.
